Breaking these terms will result in me refusing to do any further work for you, paid or unpaid

I will retain all rights to the completed artwork, and may upload it to social media and/or use it in a portfolio. If you wish for the artwork to remain private, please let me know before the artwork is completed

You will retain all rights to your intellectual property (ex character designs, story concepts, etc), and I will properly credit you if I do upload your art to social media or use it in a portfolio. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know before the artwork is completed

You may repost the artwork or use it as an icon or banner image as long as proper credit is given. You may NOT reproduce the art for commercial use in any way (including selling copies of the art, minting the art as an NFT or as part of an NFT, or selling the art as physical merchandise or as part of physical merchandise), trace or edit the artwork, or claim that the artwork is solely your own

Payment in full is required before the commission. I will not start drawing the commission before receiving full payment, no exceptions

I currently only accept payment through CashApp. Once we agree on a price, I will send you an invoice. I will NEVER contact you for payment on any other payment app

As a precaution, if ordering a NSFW commission, do NOT mention anything NSFW in the transaction. Mentions of NSFW in the transaction may result in a permanent ban for myself and/or you

You may cancel a commission for any reason before or during the drawing phase. I will refund you 100% if you cancel before I start the piece or during the sketching phase, 50% during the inking phase, and 0% during the coloring or shading phase

If I cancel the commission for any reason, I will refund you 100% regardless of how far along the commission is

I WILL draw furries, humans, ferals, and simplified robots (ex Jenny from my Life as a Teenage Robot)

I WILL NOT draw machines (including vehicles), real life people, complex robots (ex Transformers), or Vivziepop characters

I WILL draw NSFW art (you MUST be over 18 to commission adult art)

I WILL NOT draw noncon, underage, necro, zoo, scat, diapers, incest, gore with genitals (ex wound fucking, castration), fisting, or urethral insertion

PLEASE ASK about other fetishes (I am good with most other stuff, but still ask)

I WILL draw gore without genitals (ex vampirism, hard vore, slasher stuff)

I WILL draw fan art (both SFW and NSFW)

I WILL draw other people's characters ONLY if you can provide explicit permission from the owner. I will also check with the owner myself

I WILL NOT draw hateful imagery (ex Nazi uniforms, Blue Lives Matter flags, MAGA hats)
